This is an opportunity to help your child's school by sharing your opinions about it. All surveys are confidential and anonymous.
If you have more than one child at a school, please complete one survey for each child. Answer all the quesitons based on your experiences at this school only. No one can tell who filled out this survey. Your answers will be completely private and unknown to others. The survey will be online through June 30, 2012.
