The Communications Office facilitates internal and external communication for Caddo Parish Public Schools. The office serves students, staff and the community by sharing information about district programs, achievement and activities. This includes, among other things:
- Press releases, media requests
- Crisis communications
- Updating and maintaining information on the website
- Communication to staff, students and the community
- Board recognitions and presentations
- United Way campaign
- Teacher of the Year
- Senior Recognition
- Parent notification system
- Superintendent's action line
- Social Media
- Freedom of Information Requests
We also handle a large portion of the district's video communications, including production of training videos, managing video on the website and broadcasting board meetings.
